The World Life Foundation for A Better World (the "World Life Foundation," "We," "Our") owns and operates the website https://www.worldlifefoundation.org including all digital content and functionality contained on it (together the "World Life Foundation Platform"). Your access to and use of the World Life Foundation Platform is subject to the following terms and conditions and any documents referred to in them (the "Terms & Conditions").

1 - Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the World Life Foundation Platform, you signify your agreement with and understanding of these Terms & Conditions, which you acknowledge you have read and understood. 2.1 All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, feeds, and any other material on the World Life Foundation Platform (the "Content") provided by the World Life Foundation is owned by or licensed to the World Life Foundation. Content provided by the World Life Foundation is provided to you "AS IS" and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes than your personal access and viewing of the Content on the World Life Foundation Platform. For that sole and exclusive purpose, the World Life Foundation grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the World Life Foundation Platform privately for non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 The World Life Foundation Platform may contain links or feeds from or to other websites or resources. The World Life Foundation has no control over such sites and resources and is not responsible or liable for any content available on such sites or resources.

2.3 In the event that you wish to establish a link to the World Life Foundation Platform, you expressly agree:
(i) not to include the World Life Foundation Platform into the frame of another website;
(ii) not to create any third-party association with the World Life Foundation Platform or the World Life Foundation itself;
(iii) to properly attribute the World Life Foundation Platform referred to in your link to the World Life Foundation; and

3.1 The World Life Foundation logo, together with World Life Foundation names, are trademarks and copyright material of the World Life Foundation ("World Life Foundation Marks").

3.2 Nothing in the World Life Foundation Platform is designed to grant any license or right to use any World Life Foundation Marks or Content to you other than expressly detailed in these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 The World Life Foundation respects the intellectual property rights of others. 4 - Changes to the World Life Foundation Platform

The World Life Foundation reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the World Life Foundation Platform, including any Content with or without notice. The World Life Foundation shall not be held liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance. Although the World Life Foundation will make reasonable efforts to keep the World Life Foundation Platform up to date, the World Life Foundation has no obligation to you to do so.

You agree to indemnify and hold the World Life Foundation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, licensees, officers, agents, co-branders, and other partners, and employees, harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, that may arise in connection with your failure to comply with any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

The World Life Foundation may, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, with or without cause, in particular, if you do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, with or without prior notice and at any time terminate your access (whether restricted or not) to the World Life Foundation Platform.

11 - Donation Distribution

All donations and funds received by the World Life Foundation are to be distributed and used at the sole discretion of the Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right to allocate donations and funds as deemed necessary by the board members of the World Life Foundation. There shall be no requirement to provide explanations or proof of how the funds are used, other than for the purposes intended by the Foundation.

12 - General Provisions

12.1 These Terms & Conditions (including the specific terms applicable to certain services) constitute the entire agreement between you and the World Life Foundation in relation to their subject matter, superseding and extinguishing any prior agreements, arrangements, undertakings of any nature, between you and the World Life Foundation, whether oral or written in relation to such subject matter.

12.2 Any failure by the World Life Foundation to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, you acknowledge and agree that the other provisions of the Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.4 You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations, or subcontract the performance of any of your obligations, under these Terms & Conditions. The World Life Foundation may assign or transfer any right or obligation, or subcontract the performance of any of its obligations, under these Terms & Conditions to any third party at any time without notice to you.

12.5 These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and any translated text, the most recent English edition (indicated by the date at the bottom of this page) shall prevail and be used as the basis to solve any doubts of interpretation.

13 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and the World Life Foundation shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. All disputes in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America
